Returns and refunds
ENTER A RETURN REQUEST
Requesting a return for an order placed on the official Lifestyle Vespa online store is easy and intuitive.
If you are a Registered User, you can make your return request directly from your personal "My Account" area, within the order summary by selecting the products you wish to return and the reason for return.
If you are a Non-Registered User, you can make a return request from the special section in the Footer "Return request", by entering the order number and the e-mail address associated with it. You will then be able to access the order summary and, by selecting the products you wish to return and the reason for return, enter your return request.
Once we receive your return request, you will be contacted by our Customer Service, who will provide you with the return label and the necessary specifications. All you have to do is insert the products you intend to return in an undamaged box and affix the completed return label on it. DHL will automatically schedule a pickup at the delivery address you provided when completing your initial order. Alternatively, you can go to a DHL pick-up point and drop off your package.
RECEIVE A REFUND
Once we receive your return, the product(s) will be examined internally by our Quality Control.
If the condition of the product(s) is compatible with the return request made (and with any supporting documentation requested by Customer Service, such as detailed photos of the product), Piaggio & C. will proceed to refund the costs incurred for the purchase and for the shipping costs incurred.
