MODE OF DELIVERY
Shipments are made by courier.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
The delivery time starts from the date of dispatch, i.e. from the moment the goods leave the warehouse and are taken over by the carrier.
The order will be processed by our warehouse within 1 business day.
Shipping times correspond to:
- maximum 5 working days for shipments to Italy and Europe
- maximum 10 working days for shipments to the USA and Canada
Any customs clearance costs will be borne by the Customer.
CHECK SHIPMENT STATUS
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail with the dispatch tracking number is sent to the customer. In addition, registered users can view the status of their shipment at any time from their personal “My Account” area, within the “Order Summary” section.
